Owner/Operator Benjamin Mathews is a longtime Hartford resident raised in Hartford's North End. Throughout the years, his love for preparing and delivering quality food has grown into a dream realized in Let Me See Your Grill Food Truck and Catering. His culinary acumen originates from his travels, exposure to different cultures and the culinary nuances, multi-ethnic family influences, relationships with various residents of the city, and the appreciation of rich multicultural food and quality products experienced along the way. This love has truly shaped his flavorful and bold style of cooking. Each recipe prepared is a journey through the memories, culinary favorites, and his desire to create new flavors that are enjoyed by all.
